  • Any quote issued is valid for 48 hours. If you do not confirm or negotiate the quote within this time, it will automatically expire.

  • If you find the quote too high or no longer need the service, you may reply to let us know, or simply allow the quote to expire.

  • Once you confirm the quote, you enter into a service agreement and are obligated to the terms.

  • If you wish to cancel after confirmation, a cancellation fee of 10% of the quoted price will apply.

4. Warranty and Service Guarantee

  • We provide a 14-day workmanship warranty for all completed jobs.

  • The warranty does not cover manufacturer defects, materials used, or any product performance after installation.

  • To claim a correction under warranty, you must contact us by email within 14 days of job completion.

  • After 14 days, we reserve the right to charge for any additional work.

We reserve the right to refuse free corrections under warranty if:

  • The issue was caused by a third party.

  • The damage is clearly not our fault.

  • The request involves different work not related to the original task.

5. Liability Insurance

Radactivegear LTD holds public liability insurance, ensuring customer protection during service.
